Books are as expansive as the stories they contain. You will learn how to make 3 unique modular book forms; a hexaflexagon, an orihon book, and a chinese thread box. These book forms offer unique ways to express ideas with unexpected transitions and hidden compartments! These forms encourage abstract associations, nonlinear storytelling, and expansive notions on how the content of a book can be emphasized also with its sculptural form.
