My creative works spring from a blending of my introspective nature with a love of the natural world; my need to make stories with pictures and pictures with words; and a desire to find simple vision from life’s complex experiences.

Artist bookmaking combines my interests in photography, writing and painting. It draws from my love of illustrations in children’s literature--including pop-up designs.

My works have been shown in several Wisconsin galleries: Charles Allis Art Museum, West Bend Gallery, Wustum Art Museum, Elaine Erikson Gallery, Third Space Book Arts Gallery and Bay View Book Arts Gallery, as well as in private collections. In Arizona, two works were included in the “Bound and Unbound” exhibit at the Tohono Chul Park gallery.
