Curt Dornberg tried to get Julie here for a workshop, then I tried for 2 years when I was a workshop chair. I corresponded and talked on the phone with Julie, but in the end, she just didn't seem that interested in coming to Tucson. Her availability is somewhat limited because she is a full-time college professor. She seems to be very selective on the rare occasions she is able to travel. It would be great to have her here! Maybe the current workshop chairs can have better luck. Mary Jane Henley

All she has to do is fill out the membership application and send in her check. She would then get the journal and the e-news and could submit work for the gallery on the web site.

Julie has been invited to Tucson on numerous occasions to give a workshop. Somehow she can never find the time or it doesn't fit into her schedule.

You may want to try a gocco printer. It is like a small printing press, it was a big fad in Japan for greeting cards and invitations and now artists use them to print multiples. It usually comes in a kit with small screens, lightbulbs, inks, and a printer. You may be able to find one on ebay.
here is a link about it:

and here is an artist that PW had once, her work is beautiful, Shu Ju Wang

Hope this is helpful, Suzé

Hi,
the poems are hyperlinked (in blue) if you scroll down the blog to the Poetry Center exhibiton. They are all there, in order to open them you need Adode acrobat reader, which is a free program to view PDF files....you can download it here

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance! Suzé
